360ISS Inc. is a Canadian technology partner based in Mississauga, Ontario. Founded in March 2019 by Samar Khader, it helps small and mid-sized businesses automate processes, put AI to work safely, build and connect software, and grow online. ## Meet the founder
Samar Khader is the founder of 360ISS and leads every client engagement. Samar brings more than 20 years of enterprise consulting and delivery experience across banking, security and large conglomerates, and now applies that discipline to AI automation and integration for growing Canadian businesses.

- **Identity and access management (IAM).** Close to a decade as a senior business analyst on SailPoint IAM and ServiceNow implementations for the security function of a major Canadian bank: access onboarding, privileged access revocation and access attestation, designed to ITIL standards and tested through SIT and UAT.
- **Consulting leadership.** As a manager at a global consulting firm, Samar defined a Pega Centre of Excellence for a leading Canadian bank, including the delivery method, code review and release pipelines, and reuse frameworks.
- **Core banking and enterprise architecture.** Led a core banking implementation for a major Middle East bank and designed enterprise-wide authorization and service-oriented architecture.
- **PMO leadership.** Established a PRINCE2 project management office for a multi-billion-dollar conglomerate and managed teams of up to 25 analysts across branch automation, internet banking and B2B/B2C portals.
- **Applied and agentic AI.** Johns Hopkins certification in Applied AI and Agentic AI (2026); hands-on with agentic architectures, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), the Model Context Protocol (MCP), local language models, n8n orchestration and human approval controls.

Credentials include PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL V3 and Agile, and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Jordan. Samar works in English and Arabic.

## Where we work
360ISS is based in Mississauga, Ontario. We meet clients at their locations across the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Brampton and Milton, and work remotely with businesses anywhere in Canada. Most projects run remotely with on-site sessions when mapping a process benefits from being in the room.
