The quiet leak
Your front desk cannot be in two places at once. When the phone rings during lunch, after hours, on Friday afternoon or while someone is helping a patient, the caller may keep looking.
If one new patient is worth $1,500 over time, and 5 new-patient calls in a week are not answered or returned in time:
$7,500 in potential patient value at risk.
Example only, not a forecast. Not every call becomes a patient. Replace both figures with your own.
Simple by design
No new burden for your front desk. We do the setup with you, then refine it from real clinic scenarios.
You tell us your hours, services, location, insurance answers, booking rules and when a person should step in.
We prepare the call flow, approved answers, booking steps and handoff rules. A pilot can usually be ready in a few business days after approval.
It helps with approved questions, books or captures the request, sends the follow-up and brings in your team when needed.
Hear it yourself
No slide deck. No technical tour. Book a free demo and we will prepare a short example around your clinic.
We use your clinic's name, hours, services and booking rules so you can judge the patient experience.

Questions, answered
We recommend a clear introduction such as “the clinic's virtual receptionist.” It should not pretend to be a person. The goal is to sound warm, helpful and natural while being honest.
It uses answers and rules your clinic approves. When a question is unclear, sensitive or outside those rules, it hands off to your team or takes a message. You can review calls and change the approved answers.
We confirm compatibility before the pilot. If direct scheduling is available, we connect it with the access limits you approve. If not, it captures a complete booking request instead of promising an appointment it cannot confirm.
The setup is designed around minimal collection, PHIPA-aware handling, limited access and human handoff. Before the pilot, we document the exact systems involved so your clinic can review the data path. We do not claim a generic setup makes a clinic legally compliant.
A straightforward pilot can usually be configured in a few business days after you provide and approve the clinic information. Scheduling integrations or special call rules may take longer. We confirm scope first.
The pilot is free for 30 days with no contract. If you continue, you can cancel the monthly service. We provide a clear handoff so your phone and clinic information stay under your control.
Published prices are in Canadian dollars. Free Pilot is $0 for 30 days with no contract. Starter is $397 per month for after-hours and overflow calls, common clinic questions and booking requests. Pro is $697 per month for every call, 24/7, scheduling integration where the system is compatible, and SMS follow-up.
