AI agents that complete real work with clear limits

An AI agent can do more than draft an answer. It can look up information, use approved tools and complete a sequence of steps toward a defined result. We build agents for narrow business jobs, connect them to the systems they need, and keep people in control of actions that affect customers, money or access.

Who it's for

AI agents fit processes that involve several decisions or systems and still consume a person's attention from start to finish. The work should happen often enough to measure, have a clear definition of success, and leave a record that can be checked.

  • Service teams that need enquiries classified, researched and prepared for a human response
  • Operations teams moving information across email, documents, a CRM and internal systems
  • Managers who want an agent to prepare a recommendation while a person keeps final approval

What we build

We start with one useful job rather than a general-purpose digital employee. An agent might assemble a client onboarding package, triage a support request, prepare an account review or gather the information needed for a quote. Where several specialist agents make sense, we give each one a distinct role and keep one accountable workflow around them.

Every agent has an explicit tool list, data boundary and stopping rule. It records the sources it used, the steps it took and the reason it handed work to a person. That makes performance measurable and problems diagnosable.

For enterprise programs, our AI solution architecture service defines the wider platform and operating model. Agents that act for employees or connect to sensitive systems also need identity security designed for AI agents.

How we work

  1. Choose the job — We map the workflow, volumes, exceptions and cost of the current process.
  2. Set authority — We define what the agent may read, draft or change, and where approval is mandatory.
  3. Build and test — We connect the minimum required tools and test the agent against real historical cases.
  4. Launch in stages — We begin in observe or draft mode, measure results and widen authority only when the evidence supports it.

What you get

  • Agent workflow — A working agent connected to the approved systems and data sources
  • Tool and permission map — A plain record of what it can access and the actions it may take
  • Evaluation set — Representative cases with expected outcomes, including difficult exceptions
  • Human handoffs — Clear approval, escalation and fallback paths for sensitive or uncertain work
  • Logs and operating guide — Records of agent runs, cost and outcomes, plus instructions for pausing it safely

Built for accountable operation

Agents can fail in less obvious ways than ordinary software. A plausible answer may still be wrong, a tool may return stale data, or an instruction may conflict with a business rule. We test for these cases, restrict permissions and make failure visible. High-impact actions remain with an authorized person.

If the job only needs a predictable series of rules, process automation is usually the better and less expensive answer. If the agent needs reliable answers from company documents, we pair it with an AI knowledge system.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between an AI agent and ordinary automation?

Ordinary automation follows a defined path. An AI agent can interpret unstructured information, choose among approved steps and use tools to pursue a goal. We use ordinary automation wherever rules are enough and reserve agents for work that genuinely needs interpretation.

Can an agent update our CRM or send messages?

Yes, when those actions are appropriate and authorized. We normally begin with drafts or approval gates, then expand permissions only after the agent has performed reliably on real cases.

How do you measure whether an agent works?

We test task completion, accuracy, escalation quality, time saved and cost per completed case. The exact measures are agreed before the build so a polished demonstration is never mistaken for a useful production system.

Can you build with Microsoft, Google, OpenAI or Anthropic tools?

We choose the model and platform around your systems, data requirements and operating cost. The workflow is designed so the core business rules, evaluations and records are not trapped inside one model vendor.

Will the agent run without a person watching it?

Only for low-risk steps that have earned that level of trust. Customer commitments, payments, access changes and other consequential actions keep an explicit human approval unless there is a strong, tested reason to design otherwise.
